I tried re-writing my saved config profile and power cycling. That didn't work. So, I tried resetting the default v8 profile. Same thing. Engine starts briefly and then immediately dies with no change in the RPM.

WebJun 20, 2024 · If you are 165 degrees, I would confirm your thermostat. EDIT - Bingo is correct. Temp sender sent by FITECH is wrong, 20 degrees off. Replace it with a quality one. Your temp will come up 15 - 20 degrees, and then the FITECH will go into self-learn mode. This is a common thing, we all have done this.
